Committee on Membership Services and Information Technology (COMSIT)
Background
Established in 2006.
Charge
To oversee the LSA's internal IT policy, membership services, and strategies for recruiting new, retaining current, and winning back lapsed members.
Responsibilities
The work of the Committee includes, but is not limited to:
- Working with the LSA Secretariat to propose and develop enhancements for members through the LSA web site.
- Suggesting revisions to membership marketing materials.
- Evaluating membership marketing proposals from the Secretariat.

- At least 6 members, serving three-year terms.
- The Executive Director serves ex officio with technical contacts added as necessary.
- The Chair of TAC serves ex officio.
